In 1956 American architect Philip Cortelyou Johnson (known as Philip Johnson) designed this Robert C. Leonhardt House in Lloyd Harbor, Long Island, New York. He is best known for his works of Modern architecture as Glass House in New Canaan and his works of postmodern architecture as AT&T building. He was awarded an American Institute of Architects Gold Medal and in 1979 the first Pritzker Architecture Prize.
